Castlereagh Village Facilities

The salt-water pool, BBQ area with seating for up to 20 people and a large grassy playing area give plenty of scope for recreation and socialising outside. Digital TV and free unlimited internet cater for guests inside the units.

Washing machines, Dryers and outside Clothes lines are available for the convenience of guests.

Guest parking alongside cottages and units is suitable for most vehicles and trailers. Larger trucks and trailers can usually be accommodated elsewhere on site if they are too large for the guest parking space.

You open the door of these units to a light, spacious and clean semi-modern interior, with tiled floor, carpeted bedrooms and big windows that give great flow-through for breezes . Very comfortable beds, clean bathroom and everything we needed. Lyn and her husband are the new owners and have been working hard to improve this property from it's previous run-down condition. They are a delightful, friendly, couple and want to make your stay pleasant.

We were so welcomed by the lovely couple who owned the place. We wanted to stretch the legs, so we asked if we could park our caravan there and we were able to park it right next to our cabin. The owners were just so lovely, showed us how to use the equipment in the unit and were just so informative and friendly, their son was so knowledgable and also very friendly, people we will never forget. Thank you one again.

We stayed in one of the larger cabins, not luxurious but extremely comfortable. Our hosts, Paul and Lynn, were most welcoming and accommodating as my husband was ill and we did not think we would be able to stay for the period booked. Our cabin was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Beds were most comfortable. Only a short drive to town and great spot to stay when exploring the Pilliga, Warrumbungles and the observatory. Have no hesitation recommending it, families have lots of room and space for kids to run! Would return if ever down there again.
